New North designed and coordinated the fabrication of laminated posters and banners conveying pollution prevention messaging for the U.S. Army and Air Force, Alaska – displayed in maintenance hangars, motor pools, and wash facilities at Fort Wainwright and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Topics included spill prevention, response, and reporting procedures, proper hazardous material and waste storage and disposal, drip pan use and maintenance, and other pertinent topics.

Working closely with installation’s Water Program Manager, New North designed multiple storm water compliance brochures and door tags targeting various populations at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The brochures and tags educate installation residents, soldiers and civilian employees, and help Fort Wainwright satisfy MS4 Permit outreach requirements.
