Clean Water Act (CWA) compliance

  • Preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) to meet the requirements of the National and Alaska Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems (NPDES/APDES) Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for industrial activities and Alaska Construction General Permit (ACGP), including GIS mapping.

  • Preparation of Storm Water Management Plans (SWMPs) to meet the requirements of Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permits.

  • NPDES/APDES permit support, including required compliance inspections and preparation of Annual Reports.

  • MSGP and MS4 training for facility personnel, project managers, and general populations.

  • MS4 support, including graphic design and production, and product acquisition for permit-required outreach activities and materials.

  • Site assessments and evaluations to identify best management practices and other control measures for ongoing permit implementation.

Emergency Planning and Community-Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) reporting

  • Hazardous chemical inventory reporting: facility inventories and Tier II report preparation to meet EPA, State Emergency Response Commission (SERC), and Local Emergency Planning Commission (LEPC) requirements under EPCRA.

  • Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting. Analysis, preparation, and reporting of toxic chemical release data as required by EPCRA, including federal facilities and DoD munitions and ranges.
